Scope of the Legislation:  

This Directive shall apply to lifts permanently serving buildings and constructions

Conformity Assessment Procedure Required by the Legislation: for safety components Annex IV Part A with  Annex IX or Annex VI; for lifts Annex IV Part B with Annex V or Annex X or Annex XII, Annex XI with Annex V or Annex X or Annex XII, Annex VIII, Annex XI, Annex VII.

Regulation (EU) 2016/424 (2016/424/AB) Of The European Parliament And Of The Council of 9 March 2016 On Cableway Installations And Repealing Directive 2000/9/EC

 

Scope of the Legislation:  This Regulation applies to new cableway installations designed to transport persons, to modifications of cableway installations requiring a new authorisation, and to subsystems and safety components for cableway installations.

Conformity Mark Required by the Legislation: CE affixing, (EU) 2016/424, Article 21

 

Conformity Assessment Procedure Required by the Legislation: (EU) 2016/424 Annex III with Annex IV or Annex V, Annex VI, Annex VII.
