Scope of the Legislation:

It is aimed to ensure the follow-up of veterinary medicinal products from the production to the use stage for the protection of public and animal health in our country through articles 12, 13 and 37 of The Law on Veterınary Servıces, Plant Health, Food and Feed no. 5996 and  through The Regulation on Veterinary Medicinal Products.

Basic Security Requirements:

The relevant products are analyzed at the authorized institutes of our Ministry and the suitable ones are allowed to be placed on the market.

Conformity Mark Required by the Legislation:

For each veterinary medicinal product licensed by our Ministry, it is obligatory to indicate the license number given by our Ministry on its packaging.

Conformity Assessment Procedure Required by the Legislation:

The accuracy of the product information submitted to our Ministry in the marketing aithorisation file is evaluated at the level of documents and analysis during the licensing phase. In addition to this, the products are checked on site for their label, content and prospectus to ensure continuity of their compliance.
