Scope of the Legislation:

Principles regarding the production, certification and trade of forest growing material in order to increase the efficiency and sustainability of our country's forest assets.

Basic security requirements:

The Regulation provides the principles to be applied in the production, marketing and sale of forestry growing materials, as well as recording and monitoring the Main Material Approval and Monitoring, Genetically Modified Organisms, Marketing Conditions, Origin Limitation and Mapping.

Mark of conformity required by legislation:

A separate colored label or document is used for the certificate number and each category of forest growing material. Where a colored label or document is used regarding the category of forestry material, the color yellow is used for forest cultivation material of known origin, green for selected forest cultivation material, pink for qualified forest cultivation material and blue for tested forest cultivation material. If a colored label is not used, the color suitable for the category of forestry material must be indicated on the label or in the document.
